  • Eat a Healthy Diet: Dump the junk food. Your body needs a balanced nutritious diet in order to obtain the nutrients, vitamins and minerals it requires to be healthy. Change to an organic diet. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables every day.
  • Adopt an Active Lifestyle: Physical activity and exercise will work wonders for you. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week. Your weight will be kept under control, you'll sleep better at night and avoid many other health problems such as ulcers, strokes and heart attacks.
  • Get Sufficient Sleep; Feeling exhausted may elevate your stress levels because it may cause you to think irrationally. Adequate sleep relaxes and revitalizes your mind and body.
  • Change Your Attitude: Think positive and be sincerely grateful for what you have. Do that and more of what you have will come flowing into your life.
  • Stress Management: emotional stress can cause you to overeat, drink too much, smoke a lot, fight and quarrel with others around you. It can also lead to physical ill health. Relaxation techniques and meditation can help in this regard. 
  • Balance Your Life: All the fundamental areas of your life overlap and affect each other in one way or another. Take steps to maintain a certain level of balance physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, socially, and financially. Everything in moderation.
  • Improve Your Self Esteem: Make friends with yourself. Value and have a sense of genuine pride in yourself. Feeling good about yourself will have a very positive effect on how you act and how others regard you.
  • Think Success: You'll improve your life a great deal by taking control of your thoughts. One way of doing this is to develop a compelling vision of your future that really inspires and excites you. Focus on it daily. Believe and work at achieving it.
